Well, I'm back from all my holidays. My throat problems are mostly over, although I still don't have hot water in my house. Even so I'll start working again tomorrow, and I've spent a large part of the weekend in catching up on QuirksMode.org related matters.
I've got two weeks of Bug Reports ready to be published, I skimmed through the many blog entries that were published during my absence (doesn't anyone else take a holiday?), and I started replying to the 100 or so reaction mails that were waiting for me. I still have 75 to go, though, and I'm not sure when I'll have the time to consider them. The next one in line is from 5 August, so I'm about four weeks behind.
I have lots of plans, including a new major JavaScript article, the continuation of QuirksMode's validation drive and redesign, doing something useful for the DOM Scripting Task Force, and a few other projects I cannot comment on yet. I'm a member of the Happy Clog group, which I agreed to on the understanding that I don't actually have to do any work. So I'm a passive clog for the moment, and I'm not sure when that's going to change.
Finally I have to earn some money, so it will probably take quite a while to start working on all these volunteer jobs. Since that can't be helped I'm not going to worry about it. Meanwhile I don't take any new volunteer job until at least October.

With this redesign, are we talking like an information architecture redesign, or just a layout redesign?
I hope your apartment gets fixed soon.
