horizontal scrollbar due to position:relative on non-layout element

A block-level element with position:relative and hasLayout=false causes a horizontal scrollbar.

This bug has been fixed in IE 7 beta 2 build 5335.5 (released on March 20th 2006). I do not get an horizontal scrollbar, even after reducing/narrowing the browser window.
I do not get an horizontal scrollbar, even after increasing text size.
